Mission Statement

The Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commissions seeks to create a community with a high quality of life and access to economic opportunity for all of our residents. The strength and future well-being of the community as a whole is built upon the collective strengths of the unique and individual jurisdictions within our community. We seek to accomplish our mission and meet our challenges through the application of research, planning services, policy development, and the promotion and facilitation of activities that lead to collaboration and cooperation among our constituent jurisdictions.

Toledo 20/20 Future Land Use Plan Update

The Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commissions is pleased to announce the completion of the Toledo 20/20 Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map update. 

The updated maps provide general recommendations on the arrangement of future land uses in the City and are one of the resources used to evaluate a variety of land use requests.

The Toledo 20/20 Plan provides a set of recommendations to guide the future growth and development of the city. The updated plan is available for download in the "Reports and Plans" section of the web page. Individual neighborhood plans can be viewed below.
