The purpose of the meeting is to discuss:

1.  Review of Fulton Street gate closure at the intersection with Central Avenue. (M-15-11) The Plan Commission recommends approval with conditions.
 
2. Request for a Zone Change from Il Limited Industrial to RD6 Two Family Residential for the property located at 4234 South Avenue. (Z-10006-11) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval.

3. Request for a Zone Change from CN Neighborhood Commercial District to IL Limited Industrial for the property located at 1429 Baronial Plaza. (Z-11001-11) The Plan Commission recommends disapproval

4. Request for a Review of the landmark designation for the Fiberglas Tower and Levis Square located at 200 and 435 North St. Clair Street. (M-16-11)  The Plan Commission recommends ***.

5. Request for a Special Use Permit for an auto Salvage Operation for the property located at 5530 N. Detroit Avenue. (SUP-10001-11)  The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

6. Request for a Special Use Permit amendment for a fuel station with a convenience store for the property located at 2202 S. Reynolds Road and 5225 Southwyck Boulevard.  (SUP-11007-11) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

7. Request for a Special Use Permit for a Tobacco shop for the property located at 5350 Airport Highway. ( SUP-11005-11) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

8. Request for a Special Use Permit for a Tobacco shop for the property located at 821 W. Alexis Road. ( SUP-11004-11) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.

9. Request for a Special Use Permit for a Tobacco shop for the property located at 708 (714) Dearborn (SUP-11003-11) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to conditions.
